Goodbye June, hello July, Regional Flavours, EKKA, Spring racing season and before you know it… Christmas. We have a bumper second half of the year lined up at The Charming Squire and we’d like to share it with you!
For the third year in a row, The Hunting Club at Regional Flavours will be presented by The Charming Squire. Come along for lunch, dinner and all-day feasting while free demonstrations take place on stage run by Chefs, industry experts and local graziers.
While we’re at it, we’d like to take this opportunity to tell you a little more about The Producers. This event is a first for The Charming Squire and we are excited to be collaborating with some of Queensland’s best Chefs including Matt Golinski and a selection of great breweries like Balter Brewing and Fortitude Brewing. To round out this fabulous lineup of Queensland producers, we’re getting five Farmers up on stage to tell you where exactly the ingredients you’re eating come from.
Because what better way to spend the EKKA public holiday than with beer at The Charming Squire? For just $15 you’ll receive tastings of our seasonal ales plus get to hear from the big man himself – Our Head Brewer Allan – about what makes our beer so unique.
This is a Beer Club only event but stress less if you are not a member. It’s free to sign up and you will get insider’s knowledge on all our new releases and Beer Club events! Click here to sign up.
Early bird gets the worm. After our sold-out Melbourne Cup event last year, we thought we’d release tickets to our 2018 shindig early. Start browsing for a head turning fascinator and grab your tickets to our Spring racing soirée. We’re predicting another amazing event with door prizes, sweepstakes, prizes for Best Dressed and more! Click here to check out the pictures from last year.
Every night of the week, no exception. Whether you’re into acoustic tunes, jazz or you like to belt out classics from the noughties, we’ve got artists that perform every genre of music you can think of. Join us every Sunday afternoon for Brisbane’s best Sunday session, alongside delicious James Squire beers on tap! Live music kicks off every Sunday at 2pm.
Your head after events like The Producers and Melbourne Cup is going to require a douse of grease the following morning. The Brewer’s Pantry is the perfect spot to enjoy (read: douse yourself in grease) breakfast the morning after. We’re talking apple cider and sage fritters with chipotle spiced apple puree, BBQ pork and poached eggs and sides like deep fried haloumi fingers and bacon.
