The Charming Squire is proud to maintain strong partnerships with some of the best farms on the east coast of Australia who produce environmentally friendly, stress free and ethical produce. Executive Chef Deniz Coskun and Head Chef Alex Bartkowiak craft seasonal menus that are based around a plethora of produce, sourced locally from ethical purveyors, farmers and fish mongers.

Fresh fruit and vegetables are sourced weekly from Brisbane’s local markets and farms, the herbs are from Mantle Group’s own farm in Pullenvale and the wagyu beef is from a herd of grass-fed cattle in Terranora. As you walk past The Charming Squire’s transparent kitchen, be sure to take a look at the wood fired grill & coal pit where the offering of slow cooked meat changes daily.
