On the palate there are hints of dried fruits, apricot and delicious coffee notes. Paired with MALT SHOVEL XPA CONNEMARA SINGLE MALT An Irish whiskey that celebrates the revival of the tradition of drying the malted barley over peat fires. Paired with NINE TAILS AMBER ALE TALISKER 10 A pungent peat and sea salt nose, a smoky sweetness with malt flavours and a huge peppery finish.
