Let your senses come alive at The Hunting Club presented by The Charming Squire, where for the first time The Charming Squire will hold a ‘meat and malt’ inspired five course dinner on Saturday 21 July.
Witness five acclaimed Chefs, five Brewers and five Farmers – The Producers – from around Queensland come together, collaborate and innovate. Together they will deliver an unrivalled sensory experience with beer, exceptional food and presentations. The Producers will be a fantastic opportunity to discover the stunning produce that grows in Queensland’s backyard.
Highly renowned Sunshine Coast Chef Matt Golinski is among the line-up of Chefs. Mick Fanning’s Currumbin-born Balter Brewing and Fortitude Brewing from Mount Tamborine will be two of the breweries pairing pours with the Chef’s creations.
The event will be hosted by Matt Kirkegaard, a Brisbane-based freelance beer writer. Matt has developed a national reputation as one of the few independent beer educators and advocates in Australia.
