Our authentic Southern American style meats are cooked in a Yoder Durango Vertical Offset Smoker – which is the ‘genuine article’ manufactured in the heartland of Authentic American Bar-b-q is the USA.
Using traditional curing and smoking methods our team prepare the meat before it enters the Yoder smoker, which adds a depth of flavour and tenderness to create tantalising dishes. Diners have experienced and enjoyed the new take on barbecue meats, and now we are excited to showcase what other mouth-watering dishes we have to offer. Our updated menu features more authenticity and originality, with the addition of a variety of traditional Southern American set to entice anyone’s taste buds.
Our menu is available from 4pm Tuesday - Thrusday, and all day on Friday, Saturday & Sunday from 12pm.
