Tasmanian Beerfest transforms the Hobart waterfront into a universe of boutique and craft beer this November.

Breweries large and small from across Tasmania, interstate and overseas put their best brews on show for beer lovers to take their time sampling different varieties Hobart’s Princes Wharf, overlooking the magnificent Derwent Estuary and picturesque Salamanca Place, will be completely given over to the festival.

Australian boutique beers go head to head with the world’s best, giving you the opportunity to compare top Tasmanian brews with the rest of the world. Lovers of ale can also meet brewers, attend information sessions on commercial and home brewing, enter the home brew competition and educate their palates with hundreds of boutique beers from micro to major breweries to choose from.Boutique beer and plenty of food, combined with live music, brewing information sessions, food-matching and more, turn on the best Tasmania has to offer.

For the majority of festival goers Beerfest extends the possibilities for appreciation and enjoyment with live music, comfortable undercover facilities, fresh Tasmanian produce and a custom designed beer garden in which to enjoy the local scenery from a superb waterfront location.
