We’re teaming up with more than 15 fantastic breweries from all around Australia for Amber Affair - a night of boutique beer tasting with a heart.
You’re invited to come along to James Squire Brewhouse on 26 August for the best Thursday night drinks you’ll have this year. It will warm your beer-loving soul because it’s all in the name of a good cause.
On the night your ticket gives you the chance to sample beers from the James Squire range you all know and love, as well as from a bunch of other great Aussie breweries.
The ticket price ($60) also includes snacks, which sounds like a pretty good bargain to me. Why don’t you invite your friends and colleagues too?
All proceeds from Amber Affair will go to the seriously ill and injured children at Sydney Children’s Hospital, Randwick. We’re really excited to be able to support the kids at the Hospital, and we would love you to help us out.

Join us upstairs at The Generous Squire for “The Beerdisloe Cup” Malt Shovel Brewery (Australia) vs Macs Brewery (New Zealand). Starting with a brief introduction into the basics of beer judging with WA Craft Beer Specialist George Stupart we will then jump straight into a “taste off” with each brewery providing a sample of their best Pilsener, Brown Ale & Porter with you deciding which beer is best.
