1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these conditions. Entries must comply with these conditions to be valid.
2. Entry is open to Australian residents only who are 18 years and over. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, its agencies and outlets associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
3. To enter purchase a specially marked James Squire Golden Ale product (6 x 345ml bottle 6 pack, or specially marked carton containing specially marked 6 packs) from a participating outlet during the Promotional Period. Open the 6 pack to reveal your unique code on the inside of the basket and enter by SMS or WEB as follows:
a. SMS: To enter by SMS, send the unique code from your 6 pack purchase along with your full name and state to 199JAMES (1995 2637) during the Promotional Period. SMS call cost is 55 cents including GST. Each entry must be sent in a separate SMS. Example Entry: Uniquecode [space] FirstName [space] LastName [space] State. SMS entry is only open to consumers with a compatible mobile phone connected to a service provider, which permits premium text messaging to the promotional SMS number. SMS entries submitted via the Internet are not valid and will not be accepted. A return SMS will be sent to each entrant who submits a valid SMS entry to confirm receipt of their entry.

b. WEB: To enter online, visit www.journeyintoflavour.com.au and fully complete the web entry form including your full name, email address, phone number, state and the unique code from your 6 pack during the Promotional Period.
4. Limit of one entry per unique code applies. Limit of two entries per person per day applies.
5. The promotion commences at 00.01 EST on 21/06/2010 and closes at 23.59 EST on 26/09/2010 or while stocks of specially marked 6 packs and specially marked cartons last (”Promotional Period”).
6. The draw will take place at 12.00pm EST on 06/10/2010, at Holler, 12 Foveaux Street, Surry Hills, Sydney 2010. The first valid entry drawn will receive the prize.
7. The prize consists of a trip to the Northern Territory including return economy airfares for six (6) adults from their closest Australian State capital city to Darwin, Australia. Transfer between Darwin Airport and the General Aviation area for charter flight; return charter flight between Darwin and Swim Creek Station Airstrip and 20 minute transfer by road to Bamurru Plains Camp from Swim Creek Station. Three (3) nights accommodation for six (6) adults in three (3) twin share Safari Bungalows (5 star wilderness experience) at Bamurru Plains. One (1) James Squire beer and food matching banquet. All meals, beverages and guided activities at the camp included. The total prize pool is valued at up to RRP $30,000.00 depending on the point of departure.
8. The prize is subject to select seat class availability with airline and specific room category availability with accommodation provider. Flights and accommodation are also subject to the participating airline’s and accommodation provider’s booking and reservations policies, with the airline and accommodation provider reserving the right to restrict bookings at any time.
9. Travel insurance is compulsory and at the expense of the winner. All other ancillary costs, including but not limited to taxes (excluding GST), meals (unless specified), drinks (unless specified), transfers (unless specified), activities (unless specified), incidentals and any and all other ancillary costs are the responsibility of the winner. The winner and guests may be required to provide a credit card imprint at check-in that will be used to charge for incidentals such as optional tours and/or will be used as a bond in case of damage to the property.
10. The prize winner will be notified by telephone and SMS or email on 08/10/2010. The name of the winner (and address if residing in SA) will be published in The Australian newspaper on 22/10/2010.
11. The winner and their guests must be aged 18 years or over. Prize must be booked within 3 months of the prize draw date. Winners must book at least 60 days prior to travel. All travel must be completed by 31/10/2011. Prize is a single event holiday and cannot be separated into different holiday vacations. Availability cannot be guaranteed during Christmas, school holidays and public holidays. The prize cannot be utilised during the following times; Peak period from 01/08/2011 to 31/08/2011 and the wet season from 01/11/2010 to 31/01/2011. Suppliers / airlines to be chosen at Promoter’s discretion.12. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner (and any travelling companions) must comply with all the conditions of use of the prize and third party prize supplier’s requirements. Once booking is confirmed, changes will incur a fee of $150 per person, including GST plus supplier charges, which is to be met by the winner. Accommodation date change will incur a fee of $500 including GST plus supplier charges, which is also to be met by the winner. Changes within 45 days of travel are not possible and the prize will be forfeited in its entirety. Prizes are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash or other goods or services. A prize cannot be transferred to any other person. If travel is not completed by the 31/10/2011 it will be forfeited.
13. If necessary, a second chance draw will be held on 10/01/2011 at the same time and place as the first draw in order to distribute any unclaimed prize. The name (and address if residing in SA) of the second chance draw winner will be published in The Australian newspaper on 24/01/2011, subject to any directions from a regulating authority.
14. Before the prize is awarded, the winner and any persons sharing the prize with the winner may be required to sign an agreement to release the Promoter from and indemnify the Promoter against any liability arising from the use or participation in the prize.
15. The prize is subject to the terms and conditions of the transport, accommodation and other third party prize suppliers. The Promoter is not responsible or liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered by any winner or their guests as a result of the conduct of the transport, accommodation and other third party prize suppliers, or otherwise as a result of the winner and their guests accepting and/or using a prize (even if caused by negligence), except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
16. Prizes are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding - no correspondence will be entered into.
17. The Promoter reserves the right to allocate the prize to the second prize draw winner in the event of an entrant being unable to satisfy these competition conditions or forfeiting or not claiming a prize.
18. In the event that any prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value, subject to any written directions from the various lottery authorities.
19. The Promoter reserves the right to request verification of age, identity, residential address of winners and any other information relevant to entry into or participation in this promotion. Verification is at the discretion of the Promoter, whose decision is final. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who provides false information, fails to provide information, conspires with others to gain an unfair advantage or who is otherwise involved in any way in manipulating, interfering or tampering with this promotion.
20. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any failure to receive an entry or for inaccurate information or for any loss, damage or injury as a result of technical or telecommunications problems, including security breaches. If such problems arise, then the Promoter may (where necessary with the approval of the relevant lottery authority) modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the promotion.
21. Entrants will be refused service of alcohol or provision of an alcoholic beverage prize if it would breach any relevant laws, codes or policies, including those of the relevant liquor licensee relating to the responsible service of alcohol. The Promoter supports the responsible service of alcohol.
22. Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event that they are a winner in any media for an unlimited period of time without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome) and/or promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
23. Details from entries will be collected and used for the purpose of conducting this promotion (which may include disclosure to third parties, including local lottery authorities, for the purpose of processing and conducting the promotion) and for promotional purposes surrounding this promotion. By entering this promotion entrants consent to the use of their information as described and agree that the Promoter may use this information, or disclose it to other organisations that may use it, in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference or payment to the entrant. Entrants may access, change and/or update their personal information and obtain a copy of the Promoter’s privacy policy by contacting the Promoter on 1800 308 388 during office hours.
