As I write our Mad Brewers Summer Limited Release Orchard Ale will be emerging in good liquor stores around the country. Orchard Ale has been crafted by our Mad Brewers with the inclusion of 20% apple juice into the ferment, which has added an interesting note to this farmhouse or saison style ale. Our James Squire Brewhouse venues in Sydney, Melbourne, Perth and Hobart will be featuring this beer on tap over the next month, however stocks are limited so make sure you seek it out before the last drop has gone.

Following on from our excellent sales leading into Christmas we have found January to be quite busy as well, particularly making Golden Ale and Sundown Lager which have proven to be popular choices for summer. The popularity of Sundown Lager since it was re-launched in September as a permanent member of the Squires family has been exceptional. Sundown is doing particularly well on tap and has been a welcome addition to our portfolio of styles.
