Spring is here, and a young man’s thoughts turn to……..well, summer beers, of course!
So, what better way to kick of the warmer season than with the re-launch of last year’s successful summer limited release, Sundown Lager. Those lucky enough to have a local serving James Squire , may have been enjoying this beer off the tap throughout the winter, as we completed an extended tap trial to confirm the popularity of the brew.
No surprise, it came up as a great seller & so we have fired up our bottling lines to get the pack version back out into the market before the summer rush begins, as a now permanent member of our James Squire family.
Those with a keen eye will notice some subtle changes to the label, however the beer within is true to last year’s limited release.
Meanwhile the brewers have also been mulling over our next Mad Brewers release due to market around Australia Day and we have something we are sure the more off-beat beer drinkers among you will find intriguing. Stay tuned for more info on that in the next newsletter.
There is much excitement this month for our fans in the west with the opening of our new James Squire venue. The Generous Squire, in the emerging Murray Street precinct of the Perth CBD. This venue owned and operated by successful Perth publican family Danny & Rob Kapinkoff represents the next generation of James Squire venue’s. Visitors will find the full Squires family (including IPA) on tap. The Generous Squire presents in a more contemporary feel compared to our existing sites in the eastern states and is certainly worth a visit if and when you find yourself in Perth.
